Weekly Classes

Not sure which class is for you or just want to know a little bit more before you commit? All the information on each class can be found below.

Our Classes


In this class we break everything up into 20min time slots. The first 20mins is Trx followed by 20mins of Weights and we finish off with 20mins or cardio and core work. You will be sure to get the full body workout for all fitness levels. This is a great class for a strong mix of exercises.


TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. We provide  the TRX Suspension Trainer for you. This class will last 60mins and also suitable for all fitness levels.

Weights – Strength & Conditioning 

Weights are not just for men. We have a ladies only weight class which comprises of lighting weights of all sizes. This class is great for building strength, toning up and reducing fat. You can be sure to feel the burn with this class.

Box Fit

Feeling motivated and just want to give it socks? BoxFit is the class for you. You can expect high intensity interval training with skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal, focusing on fitness and toning. 


Circuit training is a form of body conditioning which is normally high-intensity training. It targets strength building or muscular endurance, circuits classes mix weights and TRX.

Cardio Sweat

This class is action packed and fast paced, and certain to keep your heart racing and really makes you sweat. We recommend that you take it at your own pace and build endurance over time. You are guanenteed to feel great after this class! 

Men Only Classes

Here at Lorna Flood Fitness we promote a mix of males and females in all classes but we do offer a men’s training group twice a week where we mix it up with a combination of TRX, HITT and strength training. The classes are 60 minutes in duration and are for suitable for all fitness levels.
